Free agent attacking Newcastle could aim to complete Callum Wilson’s goals

The summer transfer window is open and Newcastle United are looking for players to strengthen their squad.
Following 12th place last season, Newcastle’s recruiting squad are already at work trying to establish a list of goals for United in the summer transfer window, although the financial implication of a Another season impacted by COVID-19 will have a huge impact on spending across the Premier League.
The Magpies will be in the free agent market and with Callum Wilson’s lack of a guaranteed goal-scoring alternative up front proving to be an issue in his absence this quarter, we’ve walked through some of the best potential free transfers that we have seen. Newcastle could realize. front.
Vincent Aboubakar (Besiktas)
The Cameroon international signed a short-term deal with Besiktas on a free transfer from Porto last summer and has proven to be a revelation in Turkey.
The 29-year-old has scored 16 goals in 29 appearances to inspire his side on the verge of the Turkish Super Lig title and could be worth a bet for a side in one of Europe’s big leagues this summer.
Olivier Giroud (Chelsea)
Newcastle were keen to sign Giroud on loan during last season’s January transfer window, only for the France international to enjoy a rebirth under Frank Lampard.
The 34-year-old has rarely featured under new manager Thomas Tuchel, and all signs point to him leaving Stamford Bridge on a free transfer this summer.
He has still found the back of the net 10 times this season and has scored important goals, especially in the Champions League.
The World Cup winner would still be a shrewd signing for most of the top flying clubs on a short-term contract.

André Ayew (Swansea)
Ayew’s future may well depend on which division the Swans find themselves in next season.
The 31-year-old’s 31 goals over the past two seasons have twice helped Swansea reach the league play-offs and he hopes to inspire their return to the Premier League in this season’s version.
Nonetheless, failing to do so could trigger the end of his four-and-a-half-year association with the South Wales squad and he could be tempted by one last crack in the England top flight.
