RATED THIS WEEK: Park Fisheries in Bradford Hygiene Ratings

NEW food hygiene ratings for restaurants in the Bradford District have been released by the Food Standards Agency.

Below are the latest findings from the council inspectors as they are back in Bradford.

Almost 4,000 premises in Bradford are assessed by the Food Standards Agency, based on the findings of local authority inspectors, who work year round.

The hygiene standards observed at the time of the inspection are then noted on a scale.

Five is the top of the scale, which means the hygiene standards are very good and fully compliant with the law. Zero is at the bottom of the scale, which means urgent improvement is needed.
