Where to eat a good burger in Ibiza

Few things satisfy a roaring appetite like a succulent burger.
Whether you really want to treat yourself or are looking for a quick bite to eat, the burger is a versatile all-rounder. There is just something that flatters our overriding urge to a piece of something delicious sandwiched in a bun, accompanied by additional garnish, sauce and toppings.
While Ibiza may be an island known for its traditional Mediterranean food and fusion styles, there’s still plenty of room for the humble (and less humble) burger.
Without further ado, here are our best choices for a good burger in Ibiza.
Es Birra
Es Cana
Located next to the famous hippie market of Punta Arabi, Es Birra is a big favorite, famous for its excellent but affordable food. After an afternoon strolling through the market stalls, his relaxed and welcoming atmosphere is exactly what you will be looking for.
You can’t go wrong with any of the half-dozen burgers choices. Each comes with a large 200 gram patty of meat or a plant-based alternative.
We bet you “uh” and “ahhh“on the picana barbecue and the crispy chicken, but we fall for the Frenchie with its raclette cheese, tartar sauce and pickles. It’s the kind of burger you won’t find anywhere else.
Kitchen 62
Cala de Bou
Anywhere that locals descend in droves, you should probably be careful. This is as true in Ibiza as it is anywhere else – and Kitchen 62 in Cala de Bou definitely ticks this box. It is little, the outdoor terrace lifts with families, couples and groups of friends Every evening.
Your meal is served on a wooden paddle with a traditional log replica and the fries, which are made from Ibiza-grown potatoes, are served in a miniature deep fryer – cute! If you like a little kick, then the Cajun or Mexican burger is rich in flavor.
The staff will ask you how you like your meat cooked. If you are feeling a little daring then ask for your galette rare!
Pennsylvania Burger
San Antonio
From the outside, Pennsylvania Burger it doesn’t look like much. If you didn’t know he was there, you would be forgiven for walking straight ahead. The burgers are even served in a humble, unbranded, nondescript cardboard box. Yet every night you can guarantee that a queue forms, even before the shutter is open.
The Pennsylvania Burger can only open from 7:00 p.m. in the evening, but its short opening hours count. For the low price of € 6.50, you get a whooping cheeseburger, with lettuce, onion and beef tomato freshly made to order.
It’s half the price you would pay at one of the franchise fast food chains. It is an Ibizan institution For a reason. So order, take a cana and sit back while waiting for your delicious burger.

Social Project
Saint Eulalie
Located right in front of the main entrance to the bustling port of Santa Eulalia, Social Project is a vibrant social place for food, drink and conversation. The menu offers a mix of American diner-style dishes to healthier options, including plenty of “green and clean” vegetarian platters.
So as long as there is a wide range of meat treats (hello Smokey Joe and Pig & Ting!), Project Social has great flexibility when it comes to veggie burgers.
Choose between pulled jackfruit, cauliflower, beans and lentils, or diced beets at the plant-based Beyond – each bursting with flavor and nourishment. We find Lyon so juicy, hard to distinguish between that and real meat. Even vegan cheddar hits the mark. We make it a triumph!
Plus, diners can choose from vegan spelled buns, gluten-free bread, or even half an avocado as an alternative burger cover! Sweet potato fries, coleslaw, and chipotle mayonnaise are also highly recommended.
Project Social also operates a delivery service. Convenient for anyone around Santa Eulalia, Cala Llonga or Es Cana.
Vinyl
Sant Jordi
What the name Vinyl does mean to you? It probably conjures up images of 12-inch discs being shot by DJs – are we right? But when we hear “Vinyl”, we instinctively think of food and more specifically, burgers.
Even the thought of the vegetarian, with its seitan, lentil and carrot pancake, tomato relish and salad garnish makes us salivate. With a nice selection of craft beers and regularly scheduled entertainment, there are plenty of reasons to try Vinyl.
202 Hamburger & Delicious
Ibiza Town
Allegedly 10,000 hours is the magic number that turns a novice into an expert. If it’s true, we count the people behind 202 Hamburger took 100,000 hours. Not only does the establishment specialize in burgers, but it is the exclusive on the menu. Enough said.
In terms of size, to say you won’t go hungry is an understatement. The the burgers are really colossal, as completing them seems like a feat in itself. A tasty and rewarding achievement. Saint Eulalie
BBQ and motorcycle enthusiasts at Can Garage are the next contenders to throw their hats in the best burger ring. They are passionate about tasty meat cooked to perfection and it is no more evident than in their line of scrumptious burgers.
Can Garage’s meat is smoked on Can Garage’s custom cooker – an awesome kit. Don’t be jealous of the kitchen! The process gives Can Garage’s signature flavor that cannot be replicated Anywhere else.
The juices flow from Tipsy Texan, with its Simmered pulled pork and BBQ sauce. Take a deep breath of these aromas. Even the “classic” hamburger is extra here, accompanied crispiest bacon and pickle flavor bags.
